I am an East-Bristol-based, HCPC-registered Music Therapist. I work with adults, children, and young people and have experience working with individuals, groups, and families. I have a number of time slots available should you be interested in pursuing Music Therapy with me, please find my details in the contact tab.

I have a background working in Adoption Support, and more recently within local authority Children’s Services. The training and experience I have garnered in these settings has supported my understanding of mental health from a trauma-informed perspective. Creativity can be a key to recovery from trauma, and Music Therapy therefore an invaluable option in supporting mental health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about inclusivity in psychotherapeutic practice and am the founder of Phoenix Song Project, through which I run therapeutic voicework groups for the trans and nonbinary community. You may also see me in action as a choir director, or as a silent film musician.
